Directions for use:

1. Stand upright on a firm, flat surface and let your arm hang down naturally by your side.
2. Adjust the stick so that the top portion of the handle touches the inside if your wrist where it meets the palm.
3. To adjust the height, press the button and turn the adjusting holes slightly off centre. Move the button to its new position and ensure it is completely protruding through the adjusting hole.

How to fold the walking stick:

To fold the walking stick up, just pull each piece apart and fold it accordingly.

Position the secure storage band over the four pieces to hold in place.
