Directions for use:

1. On a stable, level surface, stand as straight as you can allowing your arm to hang down to by your side.
2. Adjust the stick so that the top part of the handle touches the inside if your wrist where it meets the palm.
3. Press the button and rote the adjusting holes slightly out of centre to change the height.
4. Position the bottom correctly and make sure all its protrusion through the adjustment hole.
